What We Did
As a founding Partner, on day one we established Smartshoring as the primary positioning. A more progressive form of offshoring that ensures culture, communication, quality and cost are always on point. This differentiated us in the market. We then set about establishing strong business structures in strategy, marketing, sales, operations and finance to successfully drive growth.
What We Delivered
- We built a global in-house, marketing and agency customer base that would support the fast-growing Creative Production Services division, through network, insight, content and events to drive in-bound leads.
- We published market leading insight and thought leadership to generate demand (we have published the Global Offshore Benchmark Report for Creative Production for the past 5 years).
- We designed the We Are Amnet brand positioning, around Smartshoring, and designed/hired the marketing team.
- We extended the services to include web & app development plus global content management.
- We advised on marketing technology that will drive business efficiencies.
- We deployed HubSpot to manage, tracks and nurture leads and deals.
- We identified and onboarded partner studios in central America.
- We recruited senior leadership across business functions.
- We instigated an ABM strategy to tap into uncapitalized growth opportunities within target sectors, including Healthcare, Pharma and Retail.
- The Managing Partner of TKM Consultants, Anil Noorani, sits on the executive board to define the strategic direction of the business.
