Euler (previously Qbase) had an executive team looking to drive growth, effect a cultural change and design an ambitious business plan with a well-defined positioning and agreed business priorities. TKM Consultants were drafted in to facilitate the c-suite workshops and deliver clear recommendations around prioritisation and business structure.

We facilitated a series of leadership workshops covering:

- Feedback from 1-2-1 customer and leadership interviews

- Assessing different elements of the business; brand, marketing, sales, customer success, service delivery, team, skills, culture, values and competition
What We Delivered
A business plan agreed by the various stakeholders as a blueprint for the following 1-3 years consisted of:
- A Euler vision, mission and values
- The culture today, and the culture for the future
- Strategies to affect a cultural change
- Priorities using a value/effort matrix with accountability and timelines defined for brand, marketing, sales, customer success and service delivery
The Outcomes
The project was extremely successful in aligning the executive team resulting in a single vision to focus, inspire and motivate the team. We agreed brand positioning and values to feed into the communications plan. Finally, clear business priorities for the next 12-18 months across all key departments were documented with very specific deliverables and timelines.
