Demonstrate how the new world will be better.
Tell thrilling stories of success and overcoming resistance.
5.CREATE CORPORATE JEALOUSY
The most effective way to create a widespread organisational habit change is to get people to look over their shoulder. They will see others working in a way that is more effective and want to get a piece of the action themselves.
